The process is straightforward. Tell our concierge your departure city, destination, travel dates, and passenger count. We source quotes from our aviation partners — light jets, midsize jets, super-midsize, and heavy jets — and present you with options within 24 hours. Once you confirm, we handle the rest: flight scheduling, FBO coordination, catering requests, ground transportation, and your luxury car delivery. You drive directly from the private terminal to your destination without setting foot in a commercial airport.

This service is especially popular among clients who charter yachts with us. Fly private into SFO, step off the jet into a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, drive to the marina, and board your yacht for a Bay cruise — all coordinated by a single Valkyrie concierge. Light Jets (4–7 passengers): Ideal for short-haul flights under 3 hours — LA to San Francisco, San Diego to Orange County, or regional hops within California. Aircraft include the Cessna Citation CJ3, Embraer Phenom 300, and HondaJet Elite. Efficient, fast, and perfect for day trips or weekend getaways.

Midsize Jets (7–9 passengers): The sweet spot for coast-to-coast travel. Stand-up cabins, enclosed lavatories, and enough range for nonstop flights from California to Miami. Popular aircraft include the Cessna Citation Latitude, Hawker 800XP, and Learjet 60XR.

Heavy Jets (10–16 passengers): For larger groups, transcontinental flights, or clients who want maximum cabin space. Full stand-up cabins, sleeping configurations, onboard catering, and Wi-Fi. Aircraft include the Gulfstream G450, Bombardier Challenger 604, and Dassault Falcon 900.
